Daily Treatment Tracker for Improved Efficiency and Time Management

Remember yesterday when I promised a freebie for daily documentation? Here it is!

Like I said before, I’m certainly not perfect when it comes to point of service documentation or efficient time management skills. Sometimes, there’s just no time to document during the day. I’ve also worked in buildings where the only device onsite to document on is a PC Desktop computer (which obviously would make point of service documentation a little challenging in the inpatient setting).

You of course can jot notes on a blank sheet of scrap paper, your treatment schedule, or your own template. But here’s mine *for free* in case you find it helpful:
